We would be happy to engrave your favorite city and thus make your jewelry piece a highly personal treasure for you. Each city name will be hand-written by the designer and transferred to the selected piece of jewelry via laser technology. Basically, any city name is possible. For aesthetic and spatial reasons however, we engrave one city name per jewelry piece only.

If you do not fill in the "Engraving of your favorite city" when ordering, your piece of jewelry will not contain any engraving. The engraving of your favorite city is included in the total price and will not be charged additionally.
Delivery | Return
DELIVERY

The delivery of your individual jewelry piece may vary from approx. 2 – 4 weeks within Germany and approx. 3 – 5 weeks for worldwide destinations. We have lean processes and do our best to ensure the shortest possible delivery time. if you need your piece of jewelry at very short notice.

The jewelry is delivered worldwide as value transport with tracking and insurance. For deliveries outside of Germany, you as the customer are responsible for the proper importation of the ordered jewelry in compliance with the customs and import regulations of your respective country.
RETURN

The pieces of BIRTHE BEERBOOM´s jewelry collection are handmade in one of Germany´s leading jewelry manufacturers. All pieces are made to order and exclusively produced according to your choice of materials, engraving and size. Therefore, the return of a jewelry piece is excluded; unless, it is damaged on receipt. In case of damage you are required to inform BIRTHE BEERBOOM immediately.

Special features, such as the light sound of the rotating mechanism, are natural effects of the handcraft and do not constitute any damage. However, if something should not be to your satisfaction, we will certainly find a solution.
